The Enchilada Open is a golf tournament held annually to raise funds for scholarships for Veterans, students, members and their families.

Under the auspices of the Mile Hi Veterans, the Enchilada Open has been organized for over four decades.
​
The tournament is an eighteen hole-shotgun format and is open to the Mile Hi Veterans, members, families, friends and the general public.
​
Registration begins in March and the tournament is held in early spring. Standard inclusions:

Golf green fees
Golf cart
Range balls
Breakfast
Lunch buffet
Gift bag

Sponsorship opportunities are available by donating in the following ways:

Purchase an advertisement sign
Sponsor breakfast for golfers
Sponsor lunch for golfers
Purchase merchandise (golf balls, Koozies, visors, hats, towels) et.al

Monetary donations can be made directly toward the scholarship fund.
