The hall rental is available to Mile Hi Veterans members, families and friends.
To request more information, please fill out the form below.
Be sure to include the date(s) desired, approximate number of people, and any special requests.
Someone will respond to you regarding date availability, rates, contract information, and any special circumstances.
Hall Rental Information
All users of the facility shall be require you to have a signed contract with the designated hall manager. A security/cleaning deposit is required and must be submitted in full within 24 hours of approval to use the facility. The security/cleaning deposit will be returned if no damages result from the use of the facility. Any repair costs not covered by the security/cleaning deposit will be charged to the responsible renter

made with the designated hall manager. If not keeping in compliance with this
time frame all refundable monies is charged for losses sustained by the forum.​

Rules
​

The Rental of the facility only applies to the use of the main hall area, bandstand and rest rooms, it does not include the "bar area".

All fire exits must remain clear. Parking is provided at the facility on a space available basis.

All events must end by 1:00a.m. (the MHV reserves the right to close the bar 20 minutes before the event end time). The facility will close at 2:00a.m.

The existing sound system is not available for use by the Renter. Renter (s) may provide their own sound system and use the electrical outlets available.

Alcohol and food must be consumed inside the facility.

The renter is responsible for any trash on the property, resulting from the event.

NO alcohol may be brought into the facility and no alcohol is allowed in the parking lot.

Candles, balloons and streamers are allowed, but no staples, tacks or tape is allowed on the walls and ceiling. Decorations must be kept away from the all fans.

Entrance doors to the hall will be kept shut unless loading or unloading food and equipment.

Uniformed security may be required for an event for the hall and parking lot. At their discretion, the security, the bartender or on-duty manager discontinue any function because of safety concerns or a violation of these rules or the rental agreement.

The MHV is not liable or responsible for property and items that are lost, stolen or damaged.

Age Requirement

Minors (anyone under the age of 21) are not allowed in the hall after 8:30 p.m.

Renter (s) and sponsoring members in keeping in compliance with this contract are responsible for their guests behavior and informing other responsible persons of these rules and guide lines.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Alcohol purchased for minors, or consumed by minors, is strictly forbidden, MHV reserves the right to terminate the contract and function if this rule is in violation.

Kitchen and Hall Cleaning

The kitchen may not be used, except, for preparation of precooked foods, unless otherwise agreed by the Hall Manager when the contract is signed.

The cooler may not be used unless specifically agreed in advance with said manager.

Only food preparation and cleaning workers will be allowed in the kitchen.

Renter must provide their own cooking pots, pans, soap for cleanup, cooking and eating utensils, napkins, towels & large trash bags.

Trash, including food, will be placed in large trash bags, and disposed of in the outside dumpster.

The hall must be swept with a dust mop, and tables cleaned, with chairs placed on tables or neatly stacked in groups of four.

The kitchen will be swept and mopped with bleach and the stove will be cleaned if used and make sure all appliances are turned off.

Items left in the kitchen or hall after the event will be disposed

INDEMNIFICATION
​
RENTER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS, MHV IS NOT LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY INJURY (S), DAMAGE (S) OR LOSS OF PROPERTY SUFFERED BY ANY HALL FOR THE EVENT. RENTER HEREBY AGREES THAT IT WILL INDEMNIFY MHV FOR ANY AND ALL COSTS, DAMAGES, AND CLAIMS OR ACTIONS BROUGHT AGAINST THE MHV AS A RESULT OF ANY INJURY TO ANY PERSON ON THE PREMISES DURING THETIME THAT IT IS BEING USED BY THE RENTER. THIS
INDEMNIFICATION INCLUDES ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO ANY ALLEGED INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF ANY PROPERTY. TO INCLUDE, ANY VIOLATION OF SAID AGREEMENT ABOVE SHALL CONSTITUTE BREECH 0F CONTRACT AND LOSE OF ALL MONIES.
